Dear Mr. KHILNANI,

With reference to article 7 of the Trade Agreement between India and Greece, signed on the 14th February, 1958, and renewed on the 2nd, March, 1960, in New Delhi, I have the honour to state that, as a result of our- discussions it has been agreed between our two Governments that the Agreement referred to above is renewed and extended upto the 31st December, 1961.

I shall be glad if you will confirm that the above represents the understanding reached between ourselves.

With reference to Article 7 of the, Trade Agreement between Greece and India signed on the 14th February, 1958 and thereafter renewed on the 2nd March, 1960 and 1st April, 1961 in New Delhi, I have the honour to state that as a result of our discussions it has been agreed between our two Governments that the agreement referred to above is renewed and extended up to 31st December 1962, subject to the modification that the following items will be added as Item Nos. 37, 38 and 39 to list 'A' which lists the Greek commodities for export to India.

With reference to Article 7 of the Trade Agreement between Greece and India signed on the 14th February 1958 and thereafter renewed on the 2nd March 1960, Ist April 1961 and 29th March 1962 in New Delhi, I have the honour to state that as a result of our discussions it has been agreed between our two Governments that the agreement referred to above is renewed and extended upto 31st December, 1963.

I shall be glad if you will confirm that the above represents the understanding reached between us.
