People's Republic signed in Bucharest on the 14th May, 1959, the two Governments have agreed that the Agreement shall remain valid
until the 31st December, 1962. DONE in New Delhi, on the Thirteenth day of February, 1962, in two originals, in the English language, both texts being equally authentic.
