Ulan Bator, 3 April 1974The Government of the Republic of India and the Government o the Mongolian People’s Republic
DESIRING to develop trade relations between the two countries HAVE AGREED upon the following :
1. With reference to the trade agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Mongolian People’s
Republic concluded on l3th February, 1968, at New Delhi and expired on l3th February, 1974, and the discussion; held recently between
the Ministry of Commerce of the Government of the Republic of India, on the Indian side, and the Representatives of the Embassy of
the Mongolian People Republic, on the Mongolian side, it has been agreed that the said agreement shall be extended with effect from
l4th February, 1974 for a period of three years.
2. The said agreement shall be valid till l3th February, 1977. DONE in Ulan Bator on the 3rd April, 1974, in two originals in Mongolian
and in English Language, both texts being equally authentic.
