Ayurveda Act (No. 31 of 1961) - Sect 26

Chairman of the Board

26.
(1) The Commissioner shall be the Chairman of the Board.
(2) The Chairman of the Board shall preside at any meeting of the Board. In the absence of the Chairman from any meeting of the Board, the members of the Board attending that meeting shall elect from them-selves a chairman for that meeting.
