| 7. The Minister with the approval of the Government, may, on or before July 31, 1977, by Order vary or alter any of the maximum limits specified in column II, column III, column IV or column V, of the Second Schedule to this Law. Any such Order shall, if so expressed therein, be deemed to have had effect from such date prior to the date of making of such Order as may by specified therein. |
