| 178. Every trial before a District Court shall be on an indictment brought in the name of the Attorney- General and signed by the Director of Public Prosecutions or a State Counsel or by an attorney-at-law generally or specially authorized by the Director in that behalf, and in the latter case the words, " By authority of the Director of Public Prosecutions " shall be affixed to the signature. |
