| 189. Every trial before a High Court shall be on an Indictment brought in the name of the Attorney-General and signed by she Director of Public Prosecutions or a State Counsel or by an attorney-at-law generally or specially authorized by the Director in that behalf, and in the latter case the words, " By authority of the Director of Public Prosecutions " shall be affixed to the signature. |
