Administration of Justice Law (No. 44 of 1973) - Sect 205

Special jury may be summoned

205.
(1) The prosecutor or the accused may apply to the Chief Justice for an order requiring a special jury to be summoned to try the case; and the Chief Justice shall if he considers such application just and reasonable make an order accordingly.
(2) Such application except when made by or on behalf of the Attorney-General shall be supported by affidavit.
