| 300. Every executor and every administrator shall transmit to the Public Trustee within a specified period from the date on which probate or grant of administration was issued to him, an accurate account of his executor ship or administration, as the case may be, with all relevant receipts and vouchers attached, and may at the same time pay to the credit of the Public Trustee any money which may have come into his hands in the course of his administration to which any minor is entitled. |
