Administration of Justice Law (No. 44 of 1973) - Sect 313

Construction of other written law

313.
(1) All references in other written law to any court as being the court by which the grant of probate or of letters of administration are issued shall be read and construed as a reference to the Public Trustee.
(2) All references in other written law to the grant of probate or letters of administration shall be deemed to include a reference to the sealing of probate or letters of administration under this Chapter.
