| (1) An appeal entered on the appropriate Roll of Pending Appeals shall come on for hearing in the order of its position on the roll without further notice to the parties concerned: |

| (2) The court may, of its own motion or on the application of a party concerned, accelerate or postpone the hearing of an appeal upon such terms as it may think fit. |
