| 356. In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires- "judgment " means an order which finally decides the matter in issue, and includes verdict, conviction, acquittal or sentence; " order " means the formal expression of any decision in any civil action, proceeding or matter which is not a judgment; " original court " means a High Court, District Court or Magistrate's Court. |
