Amendment of the long title of Act No. 5 of 1872

2. The long title of the Agrarian Research and Training Institute Act, No. 5 of 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment") is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AGRARIAN RESEARCH AND TRAINING INSTITUTE ", of the words " ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HECTOR KOBBEKADUWA AGRARIAN RESEARCH AND TRAINING INSTITUTE ".
