| (1) Where the Commissioner is satisfied that the cultivation of the extent of land to which the Supervision Order relates does not show satisfactory improvement within the period specified in such Order the Commissioner shall issue an Order of Dispossession, dispossessing the owner of his right to cultivate the land in respect of which such Order is made and to the crop from such land for such period as shall be specified in such Order. |

| (2) The provisions of subsection (2) of section 35 shall apply to the service of the Order of Dispossession made under subsection (1) of this section. |
