Assisted School And Training Colleges Act (No. 5 of 1960) - Sect 13

Powers, duties and functions of Director in his capacity as manager of an Assisted school may be exercised, performed or discharged by certain other officers

13. Where the Director is the manager of any Assisted school under this Act his powers, duties and functions as such manager may be exercised, performed or discharged by any Deputy Director of Education or Assistant Director of Education or any other officer authorized in that behalf by the Director.
