Bribery Act (No. 2 of 1965) - Sect 8

Application of the Criminal Procedure Code. [ 5, 2 of 1965.]

6.
(1) Such of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code as are not excluded by subsection (2) or are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall apply to proceedings in the District Court for bribery.
(2) Section 325 of the Criminal Procedure Code shall not apply to the proceedings referred to in subsection (1).
