11. Section 16 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
| (1) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " shall use as part of its name of the words" shall, except with the prior written approval of the Monetary Board, use as part of its name "; and |

| (2) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for the words " shall, for the purpose of carrying on any business, use as part of its or his name ", of the words " shall, except with the prior writes approval of the Monetary Board, for the purpose of carrying on any business, use as part of its or his name". |
