Section 7 of the principal enactment as amended by Law No. 38 of 1974 is hereby amended by the substitution for the words " sections 95 to 99 (both inclusive) of the Administration of Justice Law, No. 44 of 1973,", of the words " sections 68 to 76 (both inclusive) of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979. |
