Births and Deaths Registration (Amendment) Law (No. 40 of 1975) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 70 of Chapter 110

2. Section 70 of the Births and Deaths Registration Act is hereby amended in the definition of " estate " by the substitution, for the expression "estates medical district; ", of the expression "estates medical district, other than any such district or part of such district as may be excluded by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette;".
