Replacement of section 6 of Act No. 74 of 1981

2. Section 6 of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka Act, No. 74 of 1981, (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment") is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor:"
6.
(a) Any Higher Educational Institution in Sri Lanka or abroad; or
(b) any pirivena managing an educational institution,
