Buddhist And Pali University Of Sri Lanka (Amendment) Act (No. 30 of 1983) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment

3. Section 25 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :"
(1) in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words and figures " established under the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 " of the words and figures " established or deemed to be established under the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 "; and
(2) in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for the words and figures " established under the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 ", of the words and figures " established or deemed to be established under the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 ".
