Buddhist And Pali University Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 74 of 1981) - Sect 21

Appointment to posts;

21.
(1) Every appointment to a post, other than that of an examiner, shall in the first instance, be for a probationary period of three years, and shall thereafter be subject to confirmation by the Council.
(2) Every appointment to a post of examiner and the terms and conditions of service shall be in accordance with regulations made in that behalf by the Council.
