Buddhist And Pali University Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 74 of 1981) - Sect 7

Compulsory subjects for examinations of the University,

7. Buddhism and the Pali Language shall be compulsory for the First Degree examination. Any subject related to Buddhism and the Pali Language shall be compulsory for the Post Graduate Degree Examination.
