| 25.Every appointment to a post, other than that of teacher shall in the first instance, be for a probationary period of three years and shall thereafter be subject to confirmation by the Council :Provided, however, where a person whose services nave been confirmed in the University is subsequently appointed to another post otherwise than by way of promotion to another post oilier than that of a teacher in the University, his period of probation shall be one year. |
