Amendment of section 3 of Act No. 27 of 1970

2. Section 3 of the Bank Debits Tax Act, No. 27 of 1970 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment ") is hereby amended by the omission of paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of that section.
