Botanic Gardens (Amendment) Law (No. 32 of 1973) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 3 of Chapter 446

2. Section 8 of the Botanic Gardens Ordinance is hereby amended, in subsection (1) thereof, by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (b) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph:- "
" (bb) for the levying of a fee or charge, subject to such limitations and exemptions as may be made, for admission to any botanic garden;".
