Bank of Ceylon (Amendment) Law (No. 10 of 1974) - Sect 32

*Alter whenever necessary

Whereas a sum of rupees is due to the Bank of Ceylon from and the property hereinafter more fully described has been mortgaged by the said on bond No. dated as security or the payment of the afore said sum in the manner provided in the said bond:And whereas the moneys due in respect of the said* bond have not been paid by or on behalf of the saidAnd whereas the aforesaid property was sold in conformity with the Bank of Ceylon Ordinance on the day of and the same was purchased by of for the sum of rupees, which has been duly paid by the saidNow Know Ye that the Bank of Ceylon by virtue and in the exercise of the powers in the said Bank vested in this behalf by or under the Ordinance aforesaid, doth hereby certify that the following property, to wit (here insert full and accurate description of property) has been sold and purchased by the said for the sum of rupees, which he has duly paid, and that the said property shall hence forwarded be vested in the said his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. Given under the Common Seal of the Bank of Ceylon this day of 19.
