Bureau Of Ceylon Standards Act (No. 38 of 1964) - Sect 26

Powers of the Council to exercise disciplinary control over members of the staff of the Bureau,

26.
(1) The Council shall have the power to exercise disciplinary control over the Director of the Bureau other than the power of dismissal.
(2) The Council shall have the power to exercise disciplinary control over, and dismiss, any other officer or servant of the Bureau:
