Board Of Management Of The Ahadiya Academy (Incorporation) Act (No. 39 of 1984) - Sect 6

How the seal of the Board, is to be affixed

6. The seal of the Board shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except in the presence of two members of the Board, who shall sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
