Budgetary Relief Allowance Of Workers (No.2) Law (No.2 Law ) - Sect 2

Competent authority

2.
(1) The Commissioner shall be the competent-authority for the purposes of this Law.
(2) The competent authority may delegate to any officer of the Department of Labour any power, function or duty conferred or Imposed on such authority by this Law.
