Buddhist Temporalities (Amendment) Act (No. 3 of 1992) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 14 of the principal enactment

3. Section 14 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after the paragraph (c) of that section, of the new paragraph:- " (cc) if he is elected as a Member of Parliament, a member of a Provincial Council, or a member of a local authority;".
