Citizenship (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 1993) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 19 of Chapter 349

2. Section 19 of the Citizenship Act, as amended by Act No. 45 of 1987 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby further amended by the insertion, immediately after subsection (7) of that section, of the following new subsection:
" (8) Every person in relation to whom a declaration is made under subsection (2) or subsection (3) shall pay in the prescribed manner, a fee according to the prescribed rates, in respect of such declaration.".
