Companies Act (No. 17 of 1982) - Sect 11

Printing stamp, and signature of articles

11. Articles shall
(a) be printed ;
(b) be divided into paragraphs numbered consecutively ;
(c) bear a stamp of the prescribed value;
(d) be signed by each subscriber of the memorandum of association in the presence of a notary public who shall witness the signature of each signatory and affix his seal.
