Companies Act (No. 17 of 1982) - Sect 375

Companies Liquidation Account

375.
(1) An account, to be called the Companies Liquidation Account, shall be kept by the Registrar with such bank as may from time to time be approved by the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance.
(2) All payments out of money standing to the credit of the Registrar in the Companies Liquidation Account shall be made in the prescribed manner.
