Companies (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 253 of the principal enactment [56 (1), 18 of 1965.]

12. Section 253 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for the words " Income Tax Ordinance;", of the following: - " the Income Tax Ordinance or of section 109 (2) of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 4 of 1963, as the case may be ;".
