Companies (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 15

Amendment of section 346 of the principal enactment. [ 14, 15 of 1964.]

15. Section 346 of the principal enactment is hereby amended -
(a) in subsection (1) of that section, by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (a) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph: -
" (aa) a person, by name or by office, to be or to act as the Deputy Registrar of Companies ; " ; and
(b) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " as an Assistant Registrar of Companies ", of the words " as the Deputy Registrar of Companies or an Assistant Registrar of Companies ".
