Customs (Amendment) Act (No. 23 of 1968) - Sect 3

Retrospective effect to be given to section 2

3. The amendment made in the Customs Ordinance by section 2 of this Act shall be deemed, for all purposes, to have come into force and to have taken effect on the date of the commencement of that Ordinance.
