Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 34 of 2002) - Sect 31

Directions by the Minister

31.
(1) The Minister may give from time to time, to the Authority such general or special directions in writing as to the exercise, performance and discharge of its powers functions and duties and it shall be the duty of the Authority to give effect to such directions.
(2) The Minister may from time to time, direct the Authority to furnish to him in such form as he may require, returns, accounts and any other information with respect to the work of the Authority, and it shall be the duty of the Authority to give effect to such directions.
