Christian Assembly Of Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 20 of 1984) - Sect 7

Debts due by and payable to the Assembly

7. All debts and liabilities of the Assembly existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and all debts due to, and subscriptions and contributions payable to, the Assembly shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
