| 48. In this Act- " broadcasting " includes the broadcasting of television programmes; " private broadcasting station " means a broadcasting station established or operated by some person other than the Corporation; " programme " includes any signal, announcement, item, communication, picture or other matter broadcast or intended to be broadcast from a broadcasting station for reception by the public. |
