| 11. The owner may assign his right, title, interest and obligations under a hire-purchase agreement with the written consent of the hirer and any other party to such agreement or, if the written consent is unreasonably with held, without his consent. The provisions of subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5) of section 10 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to an assignment made under this section. |
