Ceylon Constitution (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1964) - Sect 7

Amendment of section 55 of the principal enactment. [ 2, 71 of 1961.] Cap. 381

7. Section 55 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (5) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " Supreme Court or a Commissioner of Assize. ", of the words " Supreme Court, a Commissioner of Assize, or an Election Judge appointed by the Governor-Genera] under subsection (1) of section 78 of the Ceylon (Parliamentary Elections) Order in Council, 1946.".
