Central Cultural Fund Act (No. 57 of 1980) - Sect 14

Fund deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act

The Fund shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act and the provisions of that Act shall accordingly apply.
