Central Cultural Fund Act (No. 57 of 1980) - Sect 5

Transferring of moneys to the Fund

5.With effect from the date of commencement of this , all moneys lying to the credit of
(1) the a Apollo Circus Account" ;
(2) the "Kapilavastu Account";
(3) the " Dutugamunu Ashes Account" ;and
(4) the "Cultural Triangle Account" ; and
(5) the "Contributions from Public Servants Account", shall be transferred to the Fund.
