Credit Councils Law (No. 23 of 1975) - Sect 2

Department and Director of Credit Councils

2.
(1) There shall be established a Department of Credit Councils.
(2) There may be appointed a Director of Credit Councils and such number of Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors of Credit Councils, and such other officers and servants as are necessary for- the purposes of this Law.
