Coconut Development Act (No. 46 of 1971) - Sect 49

Absolute title to acquired coconut plantation

49. An Order referred to in section 18 shall have the effect of giving the Authority or the Board absolute title to any such coconut plantation specified in the Order with effect from the date specified therein and free front all encumbrances.
