Coconut Development Act (No. 46 of 1971) - Sect 50

Provisions of Sri Lanka State Trading Corporations Act to apply

50. Where any coconut plantation is acquired under the provisions of section 48, the provisions of sections 33, 34, 35, 41, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 of the Sri Lanka State Trading Corporations Act, No. 33 of 1970, shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to such acquisition.
