Cosmetics, Devices And Drugs Act (No. 27 of 1980) - Sect 27

Person committing offence to be arrested without a warrant and to be tried by a Magistrate's Court

27. Every person who commits an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder may be arrested with- out a warrant and every offence under this Act or regulations made thereunder shall be triable by a Magistrate's Court.
