Ceylon (Parliamentary Elections) (Amendment) Act (No. 9 of 1970) - Sect 17

Amendment section 42a of the principal enactment

17. Section 42A of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) of that section by the substitution, for the expression " public service ", of the expression " public service, or of the Central Bank of Ceylon, "; and
(b) in sub-section (3) of that section by the substitution, for the word " seven ", of the word " ten ".
