Ceylon Electricity Board Act (No. 17 of 1969) - Sect 19

Licences under the Electricity Act to be granted in consultation with Board.Cap.205

19.
(1) With effect from the date of the transfer to the Board of the Government Electrical Undertakings, no licence shall be granted under the Electricity Act except in consultation with the Board.
(2) The preceding provisions of this section shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Electricity Act.
